GREEN SALAD WITH HONEY-MUSTARD DRESSING

6-8 servings

Ingredients:

1 large head of lettuce, with leaves washed and torn into bite-size pieces

4 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons honey

¾ teaspoon salt

Black pepper to taste

4 tablespoons olive oil

Procedure:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.

2. Whisk in olive oil.

3. Drizzle desired amount over lettuce leaves just before serving.
