SIMPLE QUESADILLAS
(Mexican Grilled Cheese)

Ingredients:
2 flour tortillas
2-3 tablespoons grated cheese (Monterey Jack or Mozzarella)
Pinch of Oregano
Procedure:
1. Place one tortilla on a non-stick skillet and evenly cover the tortilla with grated cheese, then sprinkle the cheese with oregano.
2. Place the second tortilla on top of the cheese covered tortilla.
3. Cook on medium-high heat on one side for 1-2 minutes, gently pressing on top tortilla with a spatula, until cheese begins to melt.
4. Turn the tortilla over with a spatula and heat the other side for 1-2 minutes, until cheese is completely melted.
5. Cut into wedges and serve.
